Reader Comments
2/15/2008 Nancy Tolson said: In this book the proverb "It takes a village to raise a child" has been reversed "It takes a child to teach a village". Sosu, an Ewe child, cannot use his lower limbs but he can beat the warning drum that can save his village from a coming storm.
