EXCITING NEWS!! I have a newly released children’s book about a boy named Franky and his dad Frankensteen. The two of them move from eerie Transylvania to the United States. Their appearance is quite different then most fathers and sons, to say the least—green skin, metal bolts in their necks, and flat level heads. Franky finds out the hard way at his school that being new and not being accepted can be hurtful. Find out how Franky finds a way to “fit in” with his new classmates! Mr. Frankensteen pulls off some pretty cool stuff in the book and this is a fun story for whole family! Being accepted at any age is important and not being accepted as a child because of you looks or your background can be devastating. To the teachers, librarians and parents, I believe this book is a learning tool for children. We need fewer kids sitting alone at lunch and playing alone at recess. When we look back at our childhood, there are certain children’s books that we will never forget, and I feel that this book will be one that both children and parents will be reading again and again. I have worked as a graphic artist for over 10 years for Decal Works, the largest motocross graphics company in the industry.
