You're always being thrown, kicked, bounced and hit all over. But, what's the use in complaining? This is the story of a baseball, and his dream of playing in the major leagues. It's also a true story of how baseballs are made. What they're made of. How many stitches are used. How much they weigh and so on-in short, everything a young baseball fan likes to know. Billy began as a small round cork in a factory far away from where he lives today. Life was just a ball until one very special day. About the Author: Mark Cervasio lives in Lower Southampton Township, Pennsylvania. With a passion for baseball, Mark has been playing, and coaching all ages, for over 45 years.
