Part 1 discusses considerations for owning your own business, including the business plan, marketing plans, and personal assessments for determining if you would make a good entrepreneur. Part 2 presents profiles of success: interviews with successful Hispanics in many different careers with advice for young people who might want to pursue that career. In Latino Entrepreneurs profiles of such successful Latino entrepreneurs as salon owner Araceli Mendoza, artist John Leanos, author/consultant Dr. Mabel Tinjaca, and trucking company owner, Oscar Centeno are included.
