The two statements below were completed by 2-5th graders at two elementary schools. Their anonymous and voluntary responses are, poignant, candid and enlightening. Imagine how you or your child would complete the following; Me siento mal cuando...Me siento super cuando.. Read this book with the all the special children in your life. It will highlight what life skills they may want to modify and reinforce the positive ones they may already have, helping them recognize what ones they may want to work on. Lots of fun and worthwhile stories may follow after reading these little nuggets of wisdom and universal experiences. Use the book as a template and create your own book of Somebody/Nobody experiences leads to a dialog stressing character development and core ethical values.
