Have you ever wished that you lived in a place where pizza grows on bushes, you can pluck popsicles from a tree, and candy doesn't rot your teeth? Princess Kimberly Stewart of Bristolia lives in such a place. In Bristolia, the children have snowball fights with snowmen and eat chocolate out of the Great Chocolate Cave. In the kingdom of Bristolia, everyone is happy, at least until the evil wizard Todd the Terrible comes to take over the kingdom. He imprisons the king in the dungeon and puts the people to work. It is up to the young Princess Kimberly and her pet cat, Licorice, to free the people and rescue her father, the king. Along the way, Kimberly meets new friends that she helps, who, in turn, help her. Can one of Kimberly's new friends help her to defeat Todd the Terrible's evil pet fire-breathing dragon?
