Book Description
There are many subjects people do not like to think about, much less talk about. But I do. We all know love is a blessing when it's good and a curse when it's bad. Do you have flashing thoughts you think you should not express? Things you see that make you shake your head? MoreThere are many subjects people do not like to think about, much less talk about. But I do. We all know love is a blessing when it's good and a curse when it's bad. Do you have flashing thoughts you think you should not express? Things you see that make you shake your head? Or after a hard day at work, while coming home, a song on the radio makes a tear roll down your cheek. And then you try to hide it from the other drivers. Little balls of volcanic emotion.
These are the most powerful feelings and thoughts we have. And I deliver them to you in a satiric, sarcastic, in your face with truth kind of way. You as a reader relate to stories that make you feel like you have a connection to the author. Our unique imperfections are what keeps life interesting. For ten years, I was a comedian known on the east coast as Barry Von. I got to understand what made my audience stir and wiggle on their cheap bar stool. Truth with a twist. I loved when people came up to me after a show and say, '' Oh yeah, I did that or thought that.''
When you finish reading my book, you will probably feel like you know me. Most of the pieces were written from the heart though a few were fired up through brain power. If I did not include a piece of my soul, then I would feel like I cheated you. And that is not what I'm about. I love giving my audience more than they asked for......and that, my friends, is what life is all about.
