I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to the world of the Kattywampas and The Valley of Endless Breath. If you have already read One Feather Makes a Friend (the first book in this series) you will be relieved to know that Crumbling Rock is still One Feather's friend.

As we look in on the Kattywapas, we find they are about to hold their traditional Race up Rattlesnake Mountain. Follow along as One feather tries to convince Crumbling Rock that he too should make the treacherous journey up the mountain. Learn how participating in something, as opposed to just watching can be far more rewarding. See examples of good sportsmanship as well as poor sportsmanship.

Be sure to check for the squirrel and bee as you look at the pictures along the way. Tracy's two young sons, Connor and Brandon, have been busy hiding them along the way.
