Dream Saver follows the quest of teenager Taylor Creekmore as she battles against all odds to save a loved one. The novel starts with Taylor's recent move to a new house. But the happy times are quickly shattered when she falls through the ceiling of her garage and winds up in a hospital. She later learns that she underwent surgery on her eyes due to damages sustained during her fall. But the fall is only the start of her great adventure. Taylor soon begins to hear the voices of spirits, creatures who passed away. But more important, her nights are now full of dreams of the past, terrible things that once happened to humanity that must never happen again. But soon enough, the dark times return, beginning with one of her loved ones. Now, the only hope for survival rests in the hands of a young girl, for only through her dreams of the past and the help of the spirits that only she can hear can her loved one and others yet to come be saved.
