Light Flight author's comments: The lives of today's children are much more stressful than they were for children who grew up in the 70's, 80's, or even the 90's. Faced with fragmented family structures, overburdened parents, the increased pressures of school and after-school activities, today's children are often alone, stressed and left not feeling too good about themselves or their future. As a mother of five children, I feel so fortunate to contribute Light Flight, an educational program for children of all ages geared to the very important issue of self-esteem. The inspiration for Light Flight came to me several years ago, while in the process of developing a transformational meditation program called, A Course in Light. As this course was geared toward adults, it became apparent to me that the issues of adults were just mini-versions in their children, thus the evolution of Light Flight. Light Flight is a fun, wholesome and educational program designed to support children with their pressures at home and school, teaching them how to develop and maintain good attitudes, lively spirit, and coping skills for their unique life experience. The children in the test studies of the program responded with a new sense of joy and ease in their everyday life with other children, in their family and at school. Light Flight is an amazing program developed with the assistance of my daughter, who created the ideas for the activity book, as well as the artwork for the program. We were fortunate to have a great production team and now, the wonderful support of Amazon.com. to distribute this wonderful educational program. Giving your child the support they need to develop their self-esteem and grow into a productive, energetic, joyous child is a special gift you give with Light Flight. Description: Light Flight consists of a series of five cds creating the image of space travel with space-like sound effects for a true space travel adventure. Each cd contains two exciting flights into light space on the Starship lead by the captain and narrator. The kids use their imagination as they travel into space learning wonderful tools to help them in their own day-to-day experiences. The Light Flight program also consists of an education activity book for coloring, pasting, word puzzles, mazes and places to draw and write that coordinates with the lessons of each journey in light. Even Walt Disney would be proud of this venture in learning.
