Benjamin Franklin's sage advice to us about becoming wealthy, not only financially but also in our relationships, provides us with encouragement and inspiration. Benjamin Franklin wrote Poor Richard's Almanac, under the pen name Richard Saunders, in which he provided various quotes and maxims to his readers on a regular basis. The preface to one of his Almanac's was titled The Way to Wealth. Written in 1758, The Way To Wealth summarized his thoughts on how to achieve success in business. In this sense, The Way to Wealth was one of the first business books written and its advice endures to this day.
