Hey, what's that spider web doing on the number 1? Pull a tab and watch one grinning arachnid spin down from a serif. Is that a beak poking out from the number 2? Sure enough, a quick swing allows two swans to glide out with ease. And so the game goes, as Robert Crowther's delightfully drawn (and not too carefully hidden) creatures take you from 1 to 20 and then up to 100 by tens--8 crabs scuttle out from the 8, 14 piglets pack themselves in the mud under the 14, 90 fleas (eeew!) hop and wriggle under the 90, all the way up to a crazy creature curtain call at 100.
