All you have to do is remove the protective sheet over the tattoo; press firmly on skin, sticky side down, & wet the back with a sponge or cloth; wait 30 seconds, then peel off the backing & allow the tattoo to dry; & use your water-based crayons to color in your tattoo. Lots of fun to share with a friend! For ages 5 & up.
