About Judith (Judy)

After retiring from teaching special education, I knew I needed another career, so I started writing books for children. Thanks, Judy. I'll let you know when things start popping out at GAP. The first three titles are "There's A Spider In My Sink!", "My Grandma's Kitchen Rules!" and "There's A Beetle In My Bed!" all of which should be out by Thanksgiving with any luck.

Hi, Judy. I just joined Jacketflap and it was good to see you among the authors. All is well with the Rhyming Critters. With any luck I'll have two or three e-books out this year at Guardian Angel Publishing. Best Regards, Bill

Oh Judy, How fun would it be have you closer. Kindred spirits are always an encouragement in this battle to make sense of learning. I am so glad to hear that you didn't retire and are laying on a beach somewhere (although many days that looks inviting). There are so many women of our age who are... more

Hi Judy, I co-run a children's bookstore and used to be a special ed/librarian/principal etc. We now teach seminars to parents to help them teach their children to read. We run into many desperate parents who need love and understanding as to how their little one behaves and how they cope in schoo... more

Hi Judy,
Thanks for writing. It's so good to meet another Spec Ed teacher. I, too, miss the children. Even though we typically had more bad days than good, they were always so sweet and funny. My book is about a boy with a behavior disorder. No matter how his school day begins--whether i... more
