Ms. Rothwell enjoys writing children's literature. Her loveable and personable characters; Lewis the Dragon and his friends make pleasurable night time reading for young children. Adults, too, have commented on how peaceful and bedtime like her tales are.

Ms. Rothwell received her BA Degree in English with a core curriculum of Creative Writing from The State University College at Fredonia located in Fredonia New York. It was here, in the campus literary magazine, 'The Fig' she was published for the first time.

Along with her independent studies she found time to write the news for both campus radio shows. An avid reader as well as an author, Ms. Rothwell is President of the local Writer's Guild. She also is a member of SCBWI and NAWW.

Currently Tammy has varied works in progress and when she's not working, for relaxation she enjoys kayaking with friends.

Her favorite books include: To Kill A Mockingbird, The Old Man and the Sea, Chaucer's Works, Pumpkin Hill, The Higher Power of Lucky et. al.

Actively seeking representation for her series of books, she is hoping someone here might have some advice to offer.
