I am an unpublished writer of a children's picture book series. If you would be interested in a social studies series geared towards ages 5-8, I would love to hear from you. I am a school librarian and have recently been laid-off. My manuscripts are loved by students and parents alike. I have been offered a signing series in southern California through Barnes and Noble and was included in an L.A. Times Article that covered the UCLA Festival of Books this past spring. The only thing missing is a publishing deal. If you are interested in learning about the series, I would be happy to hear from you.

I wish a fish was someone I knew
Then I could swim the ocean blue
If I could swim like fishes do
Then I would swim about with you
What fun we’d have my fish friend and I

Its all very different

Swimming upside down
Dressed like a fish clown
How fun, its all so brand new
When you are a fish

My fish time is over

He showed me new places

My first gift to each of my kids was a book (cloth - but still a book). I am very honored to be in the industry.
