Founded in 1974, Wilfrid Laurier University Press has established a reputation for excellence in scholarly publishing in the areas of history, literature, sociology, social work, life writing, social work, film and media studies, aboriginal studies, women studies, philosophy, and religious studies. We publish 28—30 titles a year and have over 220 titles print. We welcome proposals in the disciplines of the humanities and social sciences. We publish scholarly monographs and collections, trade books based on sound scholarship, and textbooks.
