Description:
Sometimes grandpas know how to word things so a child will understand. So, in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, a granddaughter (nicknamed "Sprout") takes a walk with her grandpa through the streets of Spring Lake, NJ. He tries to help her come to terms with just how vast and mysterious the ocean is. Through their innocent exchanges, Sprout comes to realize that while the ocean gives us many things, it also takes. Their journey concludes with the sun shining on a day of clean-up efforts. Perseverance prevails.
