Description:
The city of Grimsdon is in ruins. Three years ago, a sudden and unforgiving sea flooded the town. Many were rescued, others disappeared in the panic and swell, while the lost and orphaned were left behind in a watery world buoyed with the tops of buildings, church domes and towers.

But will that be enough to combat never-ending rains and thick, choking fog, the threat of further rising seas, powerful sneaker waves, unscrupulous bounty hunters, a ruthless harbour lord and the persistent, creeping rumours of a sea monster called the Skelene.
