I am the children's librarian at Eastmont Church and Community School. Our biggest challenge right now is to increase our children's section to 3,000 books so that the school can become certified.

For a church library we are already quite large. We have over 4,000 items including adults, teens and children - books, videos and dvds.

We are looking for high quality literature and non-fiction books for age 3 - through 5th grade. Books can be non-Christian, but not negative Christian. We have many donations and are just sorting out the good from the bad and processing them into our system. At the same time, we went to the dewey system instead of an inherited made up system and are quickly learning.

I'm definitely looking for good wholesale publishers of non-fiction books for children. Because of one author John Hudson Tiner, I have been looking for his series published through Creative Education and Apple Media in Mankato, MN.
