About Achirri
I wrote "Sometimes When it Rains" and "Riding a Rainbow" while teaching junior high school. My purpose was to bring my students to enjoy poetry, and to locate poetry in the everyday and commonplace.

Hi Mary, I'm glad we're in touch again! Surprising that yesterday I was narrating in one of my classes, a few fun things I observed in the Walgreens we worked and my mates and lecturer were all bawling with laughter! Hi Achirri, not sure if you're active on here, but I just wanted to say "Hi!" We worked at Walgreens together in 2007...We used to talk about your writing, and how I wanted to illustrate books!
