Creation comes in many forms. The physical form, the musical form, visual form and written form, to name a few.
All forms of creation derive from being inspired. Creation is cyclic, it draws from inspiration and offers inspiration.
And thats what my kids books are about (www.activekidsbooks.com).
They aim to inspire grommets to dream big, think creatively and live a healthy active lifestyle.
You know, they are about offering the positive benefits of literature thats fun and exciting, that relates to their world and one that will engage them and inspire them.

I started creating Skate Session when my son Maiso was 11months.
Entering the world of kids books i come to realized there wasn’t any sports related books on the market.
A sports enthusiast myself, i was empowered to change this.
After years spent challenging the best snowboarders and coaching young rippers, career competing with the elite snowboard community career and twice this time dedicated to improving my surfing talents, i was excited to give back 28yrs of experiences to this new little person i get to call my son. I consider myself very fortunate to have lead this life and to have meet the wonderful talented creative people i have but i also contribute hard work and dedication to my achievements.
I started university at the same time i started writing books. This was great timing as i was training to become a Sports teacher and it involved Children’s & Sports Psychology studies. It was with this knowledge, plus my desire to create fun, contemporary sport related books that parents would also enjoy, that got me going.
