after the birth of my daughter in 2005, i made the decision to not waste a minute of my time in some job that i hate. i've always loved writing, and she has inspired a new passion--children's books. i'm trying to figure out the ins and outs. its a genre that i've never tackled, but have become quite familiar with. she, like her mommy, is a certified bibliophile. i'd like to have a rough draft of my first manuscript by her birthday in august. the idea is in my head....just need to get it on paper. i'm happy to have found jacketflap. i hope to find further inspiration and guidance here.
