John Tessitore is a writer and scholar of American Studies. He has written for several magazines and newspapers, and he is the author six biographies for young adult audiences. He is now working on a seventh about Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and children.
