"Y Tortsh Hud" (The Magic Torch) is my 13th book published in Welsh. It's about a boy who discovers a torch which makes things disappear when he shines it on them. It's different to my previous ones - despite the element of fantasy, it has more realistic characters. My other books have been described as "zany" "wacky" "absurd" and "anarchic." They comprise two series characters: "Tad-cu" (Grandad) and Twm and Mati Tat, and one book which is not part of either series, "Y Ffenomen Ffrwydro Ffantastig" (The Fantastic Exploding Phenomenon), about people exploding after eating sausages. Also, for an anthology of stories and poems entitled "Syniad Da Iawn!" (A Very Good Idea!") I wrote 2 shorter stories: "Annwyd Sion Corn" (Father Christmas's Cold) and "Y Lleidr" (The Thief.) I've also written some stories in English, including: "Granny Goo's Treacle Treats" and "The Wizard and the Sausages" which I'm hoping to get published. I've also written a story for younger children called "Waldo Goes Shopping."
