As a registered nurse, I have been inspired by my grandchildren to write books, especially books on the wonders of nature whether it be fictional or non-fictional. I want children to grow up to appreciate God’s creation that is so unmistakably displayed at the dawn of each new day. I believe there are so many distractions out in this world that can lead the child from learning about the important values in life. To me, my main focus in writing Christian books is to help the child to understand and appreciate God for who He is.

I continue to work actively in the nursing profession while embarking on this new adventure in writing. I work with the caregivers that have a family member with Alzheimer’s disease. Having been a caregiver myself, I know the emotional, physical and mental heartaches that they encounter on a daily basis and it is my goal to help walk them through this horrific time in their lives through listening, understanding and offering support.
