I wanted to have a comprehensive perpective of the syndromes and bring it to my YA and adult readers in a clear, simple, but profound way. You will get the latest on what causes them, how to diagnose and treat it, and what are scientists doing now to improve our understanding. I have not forgoten the parents who have played a crucial role bringing awareness of the syndromes to all of us and whose efforts have translated into more research and support for the families.
