Driabid said: Willie walks the grounds of the Idaho State Capitol building everyday. He has his special bench near one of the three trees that were planted by three U. .S Presidents. Willie’s bond with these trees started in 1911 when he was a little boy. With the renovation of the State Capitol, Willie’s friends, Buck & Sugar learn that they will be leaving their longtime locations to live inside the capitol building. Their relationship with Willie takes on new life. The special collectible commemorative Edition also includes the history and photos of the wood carvings and the Capitol’s renovation as well as a story from Idaho State Representative Max Black about how the trees were preserved. * Some of the items made from these trees are on display in the 4th floor of the Idaho State Capitol building including the three Presidential Busts.
