Tinamaree said: Until I read this book I wasn’t aware that procrastination was a medical condition. I knew I put things off in my life, and knew I had to do something about it but I had no idea at all how involved this condition was. I read the book twice began to apply the techniques with hesitation. I am always wary before I try something new, and not from an actual doctor. I am happy to say that I no longer ‘put things off’ and my life has become much more manageable in the process. I have begun, and stuck to, a new health regime that involved sticking to my New Year’s resolution to end a 10-year smoking habit. Once I finally got to the root of my procrastination problem it got easier to follow the book and finally end a life of ‘oh it can wait’, and ‘I’ll do it tomorrow’, and ‘I’ll get around to it eventually’ excuses that were holding me back. EFT for Procrastination is effortless to use and results are easy to achieve. I recommend this book and the others from EFT to anyone I see, or hear about with a problem. Comparing the monetary value of the book to the life value of it’s lesson is useless as it far exceeds expectations.
