I am a writer and illlustrator who really makes books for grownups who remember what a delight it was to be a child. I've written a whole bunch of my own stories, but nearly the most fun I ever had in my whole forty-one years was illustrating The Wind in the Willows, by Kenneth Grahame and published by the Folio Society.

Those bear sonnets are tricky. If you don't get the meter just right, they can get grouchy.

We are lucky to have a local gallery that carries your books. When I have saved my pennies and really want to treat myself I go aquire another one. They are gorgeous, and I love them. (Thanks for continuing to produce them!)
