Writing is what I love to do best! I have a cookbook that is with a publisher currently, however, not yet published. Currently I am looking for a literary agent to assist in publishing the first of what I hope will be a series of children's books. The character is very strong and was developed by me 13 years ago, as I was inspired to do so by my 3 young children at the time. My book has been illustrated by an amazing artist who hung her artwork for show in my Deli, where I also run an art gallery of sorts for local artists. I love to write, however, help my husband run our Deli/Catering business. I also publish a newsletter called Chef Eric Happenings, which links our food, art, and whatever we have happening at the Store. I am really looking forward to publishing my children's book. It is just about ready to go and I am looking for the right agent to represent us.
