Jennifer Day is a published author / co-author of six books, translated into ten languages. Most of her titles are written for parents, (for themselves or to read with their children) and use stories & visualizations to help implement values, emotional intelligence & stress-management, and to enhance the parenting experience and be more of the parent they want to be! A member of The Authors Guild, Jennifer has over thirty years of experience in the fields of the performing arts, arts education, psychology, emotional intelligence and stress management. She has worked as a teacher, counselor & coach with parents, children, schools, businesses and communities throughout the US and Europe. She continues to coach, design trainings, and give talks on both sides of the Atlantic, and is currently working on two children's books aimed at helping children manage their emotions.
