Tweaky and Samuel is a 36 page Bible story picture ebook. Tweaky, the hummingbird, is a fictional character who helps make the Bible story of Samuel and Hannah come alive. Tweaky's song and read his story and then read the true story from the Bible in I Samuel 1 - 3. As you know, Tweaky is a fictional character that is not in the Bible, but Tweaky enhances this story. The Biblical account is mostly about Hannah, Samuel's mother. Nothing is said about how Samuel felt when his mother left him at the temple. Our story focuses on Samuel and his feelings. I'm sure he was afraid when his mother abandoned him at the temple. He felt humiliated when Eli's sons teased him. God knew Samuel and he had a plan for Samuel's life just as He has plans for our lives. We just have to be quiet and listen to Him speak.
