As you know, Tweaky is a fictional character that is not in the Bible, but Tweaky enhances this story. The Biblical account is mostly about Hannah, Samuel's mother. Nothing is said about how Samuel felt when his mother left him at the temple. Our story focuses on Samuel and his feelings. I'm sure he was afraid when his mother abandoned him at the temple. He felt humiliated when Eli's sons teased him. God knew Samuel and he had a plan for Samuel's life just as He has plans for our lives. We just have to be quiet and listen to Him speak. Your child will enjoy Tweaky's story. As they sing his song, Tweaky becomes a comfort to them. What better way to get children interested in reading the Bible than through getting involved in the Bible story. They will want to read the true account from the Bible and learn about Samuel.
