I have been working in the retail grocery industry now for 40 years, and have also had a 35 year career in endurance sports, including entering 14 Ironman triathlons. My first one was in Kona, Hawaii in 1984.

I check out Gordon Soules Publishing Company. I can't find the website or link on JacketFlap. Lifestruck sounds very inspirational. It may appeal to the young adult audience. You never know. That's what this site is all about, people helping people. Incidentially 47 lbs lost another 16 lbs to go and I hit my goal weight of 165. :)
