I have been working in the retail grocery industry now for 40 years, and have also had a 35 year career in endurance sports, including entering 14 Ironman triathlons. That's what this site is all about, people helping people. Incidentially 47 lbs lost another 16 lbs to go and I hit my goal weight of 165. :)

I check out Gordon Soules Publishing Company. I can't find the website or link on JacketFlap. Lifestruck sounds very inspirational. It may appeal to the young adult audience. You never know.
