Cree and Scooter follows the two main characters. Cree (a 5 year old girl with a fascinating imagination) and Scooter (Cree's stuffed chameleon who comes to life in her dreams) as they traverse the globe and participate in many exciting adventures. Each book in this series will feature a different country, and it incorporated historical facts, geography, and language that pertain to each representative country/city. The aim of this series is to engage young children in reading, while they learn about other countries and cultures so that they are better informed and can better participate in our globally-connected world.
