I am a retired career Naval Officer with 25 years traveling the globe and exploring the cultures of: Germany, France, England, Italy, Singapore, Israel, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, and the islands of Corfu & Rhodes, GR.I have a B.S. in Sociology, and an MBA in IT Management. My professional credentials include DAWIIA certification in the Acquistion fields of: Life Cycle Logistics, Production Quality Manufacturing, Information Resource Management, and Program Management. I am a registered member of the Department of Defense Acquisition Corps (formerly the Acquisition Professional Community), having published two professional articles and one tech manual for Naval Aviation.I have a decade of experience as a genealogist and Family History researcher, exploring my ancestral roots which trace back to Native American ancestry on both parental sides - Western Cherokee and the forgotten Chikamaka tribe who retreated high into the mountains of Middle Tennessee in the early 1800's. Future academic goals focus on a Masters of Education (Curriculum Development) to teach Native American Studies.I currently reside in Newport News, VA with my wife Betty, and serve as a government consultant to the Naval Air Systems Command.
