I've been collecting, curating, and writing about pop-up and movable paper for over 20 years. Most of my writing appears in newsletters and magazines relating to movable books.
My informational website, www.popuplady.com has been on-line since 2000 when I appeared on the Martha Stewart Show. Since then I have also appeared on CBS Sunday Morning showing my collection.
I have curated exhibitions in Brooklyn, SUNY-New Paltz, and Ft. Lauderdale and have written or contributed to the catalogs.
Presently, I am searching for a publisher for my new book, Where Are Grammy's Glasses?
While I have lectured for some time on the history and art of movable books, I have also started to do workshops on pop-ups.
With a background in science and medicine, all this is quite new to me. Thanks for any advice or help.
