I am a retired teacher. My mother, Connie Rounds, Constance Alden Rounds or known as Constance Rounds Jackson took photographs at the Kentucky Derby in the '40s. I'm looking for some validation that CW Anderson drew some of his horse drawings from her photographs. I have matched some of her negatives with lithograph portfolio's that he gave my mother. There are also Christmas cards from he and his wife with notes referring to some of her photos. I believe I have one of the last photos of Man O' War with his trainer but I'm not positive. Most of what I have was brought to me after my mother's death. She published a paperback book called "Puppy Finds a Home".
