I've been a free-lance writer for more than 15 years. Although I write mostly for the local newspapers and magazines, I have had several children's stories published, and I have edited a local children's newspaper. I also have several children's books in progress. I am a member of the Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, and a local children's writers critique group.
