My name is Norman G. Drew...pseudonym/screen credit name, Norm Drew.

I've been designing, illustrating, cartooning, animating, directing, producing, publishing; hosted my children's TV series (Gastown Gang); performed as entertainer - caricaturist with my cartoon characters CHIKA and THE BUSH BABIES (c)(tm) for decades here in B.C.

Chika and The Bush Babies (c)(tm) have apppeared in book and animated form since 1974.

I've been an animator, animation director, overseas animation supervisor on major Hollywood animated feature films and TV series, such as The Beatles'-Yellow Submarine, The Chipmunk Adventure, Hello Kitty, Dennis the Menace, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Smurfs, The Smoggies etc.between 1986 and 1998.

I have also managed my own advertising design and animation company since 1974; and between 1990 - 2001, created/launched/taught the innaugural classical animation and cartooning programs for The Vancouver School Board, Vancouver Film School, VanArts Media Institute and my own distance learning company, The Academy of Classical Animation.
