About Richard Lee

Hi, I've written and published a few history books -- one on Overmountain Press. I illustrated it, too, with my camera and many lenses. From the year 2004 to 2008, I worked as a paraeducator ("Teacher's Aide") at a school here in Maryland which taught children from the ages of five on up to seventeen. And sometimes even 21! Terrific illustrations! Illustrators are the "real" artists in America, in my one-six hundred millionth of an opinion. I regularly go to the Wyeth museum in Brandywine, PA, near where I live. Your work is great. How bad is the competition? It seems good illustrators would be in deman... more
