I am a graduate of the University of Hartford art school. I am currently Teaching/freelancing and working on my MFA in Illustration @ UHA under the guidance of such hall of famer's Murray Tinkelman, Dennis Nolan, Bunny Carter, CF Payne, Bill Thomson ,Doug Anderson and many more. I have a variety of disciplines but I do most of my work with Oil paints. My work has been described as natural,vibrant and full of life. I try very hard to portray the world as its seen through my eyes. I teach children and intermediate to advanced adult painting / figure drawing @ Guy Gilchrist academy -( Guy is the owner/ artist and has worked for Jim Henson and Warner brothers studio's) . I have also Just recently finished Illustrating a children's book with author Kimberly Johnson-due out this June 08 titled "A day with Grandma". I pride myself on solid consistent work ,and the drive to complete the tasks quickly. Look for my first two self titled books out on the shelves soon, they are still in the beginning stages of production.
