But there's much more, besides being an engineering designer for over 25 years, and a night-fighter pilot during the Cold War, I re-established an upmarket hotel in the mountains of Malaysia. Since then I have been a chauffeur, a gardener, a nursing companion, and, of course, an author.

Now in my late 70s, after many dramas in my life, I have a wealth of stories to tell.
