Patrick Jones

For thirty years Patrick Jones has been involved in the research and development of quality of life and well-being programs focusing on inner happiness and has co-administered and clinically tested these programs to thousands of people.

With postgraduate degrees across both psychology and theology, his approach is that well-being should only be derived from the internal and unchanging natural state of a human being – their true nature.

To further promote this he has delivered academic papers at over a dozen state, national and international conferences. These have included the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Conference, the Annual Australian Quality of Life Conference and the International Conference of Applied Psychology (ICAP). His programs have been delivered one-on-one, corporately and academically to thousands of people.

The work at Enlightenment Psychology continues to research and develop new avenues to contribute to the field of awareness and well-being. Patrick Jones worked for twenty years as a clinical psychologist before retiring to focus his attention on teaching and on his academic research into the foundations of well-being.

Through his ongoing research and academic papers he aims to raise greater awareness about the possibility of every human being to awaken to the essential equilibrium and unchanging happiness of their true nature.
