Linda is a Senior Technical Writer with over 25 years experience writing for print- and web-based technical documentation and training.

Her professional experiences includes customer documentation, online help, operating system software reference, hardware, software, and user-oriented procedure manuals, API documents, technical specifications for data communications products including a wide variety of LAN/WAN/MAN systems, telecommunications systems, voice over IP, wireless systems, and network management applications.
