Hi Carla,
Congrats on "I spy a Dragonfly". I just found an illustrator, an artist friend I hadn't seen in 20 years. I hope to move quickly once the illustrations are done. I'm excited for you!

As soon as a got to where I was going and parked the car, met my friends, had dinner and got back to the computer . . . I lost it. There has to be a way to crea... more

I've been burnt out for a year(EEK!) and only recently got back to my first love, writing for children. All at once a whole story ... more

Hi Carla,
What kind of books do you write? I can truly relate to the "writer's block"because not only do I have to have the story idea, but it has to rhyme (no pressure there!) Sometimes though, new ideas keep me awake at night until I get up and write them down! (rhymes going round and round... more

Thanks Carla for the friendship! I'm currently co-authoring a suspense novel, but my heart is to do children's books, too. Blessings!
