Hey there. My name is Frances Alcaraz, better known as Panch. I'm a quirky weirdo. Primarily, I'm an illustrator but I also take on graphic design projects. You might notice that I have a fondness for monsters especially the kind that lurks under the bed. He he he.

Aside from illustrating other people's books, I wrote & illustrated two of my own. These picture books were published in Japan, translated into various languages and the illustrations are currently being exhibited in different countries. My works have also appeared in leading magazines & newspapers and I've been participating in group exhibits since 1997. In addition, I've also given several talks & workshops to various age groups on the topic of illustration. I was a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (SBCWI) and I was also a former president of Ang Ilustrador Ng Kabataan (Ang INK).
