Birmingham Irish, my Mom is from Dublin and my Dad was from Waterford as in the crystal. i like the way you dropped the "O" in America because Flanagan The Flower the cartoon strip i draw for an Irish newspaper, is my Mothers maiden name. The authorities in England "added" an"O" tomy Moms brothers name! How funny is that! He died a few years ago but on his head stone is an "O'Flanagan" that none of the other family members have! I agree with you and pencils so much more control and i love cross hatching and a not so constant perfection in colour just like in "The Snowman" Lovely chatting to you. sing a long Callahan!
