There they meet bugs who are different like them and yearning for acceptance and companionship. Their ordeals strengthen their friendship and self-reliance. When it is time to return home, the three sad bugs hate to leave their new friends, but long to be reunited with their real families.
The Land of Misfit Bugs is a story about being proud of who you are, having respect for others and appreciating the value of friendship.
